Tattoo - Fighting Temptation

A tattoo design I did over the last couple of weeks. The theme given me was "Fighting Temptation" that should include booze, women, and drugs. The design would begin just above the wrist of the forearm (therefore hidable), twisting up and out toward an existing tattoo on the client's elbow. The concept conveys the contrast between battling against personal temptations, and being consumed by them. Likewise, the two states are are flipped and pulling away from each other. Doves and crows, hope and gloom, are thrown in for good measure. The client's existing elbow tattoo will, after some future modification, represent the birth of his daughter - marking the event that changed his life and the transition to more uplifting tattoos on the upper arm sometime in the future.
